| 摘 要： | 信息安全特别是涉及国家秘密的信息安全,已经成为了人们特别关注的问题。本文介绍了单机状态下常见的技术防护手段,并指出了存在的不足和缺陷。然后针对实际中所存在的诸多问题,提出了通过技术与制度相结合的方式提高计算机安全的解决方案。
