油气井射孔模拟装置的研制与应用

摘    要:为了更好地服务于油气开发,推进射孔技术进步,稳定和提高射孔弹性能,研发了一套配套高温高压射孔模拟试验室使用的油气井射孔模拟装置。该装置能够完成真实井况下的井筒温度、油(套)压力、射孔枪壁厚、套管壁厚、环空大小、炸高等影响因素的加载,射孔后能够完成射孔弹的穿深、枪管孔径、套管孔径、枪管变形、套管变形等数据检测,不但能够实现单发射孔弹检测,也能够实现多发射孔弹联合检测。试验结果表明,这套油气井射孔模拟装置安全性能好,靶套装置循环使用性能强,试验室操作方便,优势明显,试验效果良好。最后针对试验中存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。

Development and application of oil & gas well perforating simulator
Abstract:To provide better perforating service and improve the performance of shaped charges, oil & gas well perforating simulator is developed for laboratory use in perforating simulation under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure. With influence factors loaded with the simulator, test data of a shaped charge is obtained after perforating, such as penetration, gun tube diameter, casing diameter, tube deformation and casing deformation. Experiment results indicate that oil & gas well perforating simulator shows its high safety performance and operational convenience in laboratory, with perforating target highly recyclable. Suggestions are given to the problems existed in the experiments.
