摘    要:采用浸渍法制备了系列CrOx/SiO2催化剂样品,采用XRD,FT-IR,UV-vis分析手段对催化剂样品进行表征,考察催化剂上CrOx负载量及反应条件对正丁烷催化脱氢反应反应性能的影响。结果表明,Cr在SiO2表面主要以3价及6价的形式存在。当催化剂中CrOx质量分数为12 %时,在反应温度590 ℃、氢气与正丁烷摩尔比为1.5~2.5、重时空速为1~2 h-1的反应条件下可获得较高的正丁烷转化率及正丁烯选择性。产物正丁烯中1-丁烯与2-丁烯之比受反应温度影响最为明显,而与CrOx负载量、氢烃摩尔比及重时空速的关系不大。

Abstract:A series of CrOx/SiO2 catalyst samples with various CrOx loadings for catalytic dehydrogenation of n-butane were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method. The catalyst samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and UV-Vis techniques. It was found that the chromium on the silica surface existed in the form of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) species. The test results showed that with a catalyst having a CrOx loading of 12%, under the optimum reaction conditions of a reaction temperature of 590 ℃, mole ratios of H2 to n-C4H10 of 1.5~2.5, and a WHSV between 1~2 h-1, relatively high n-butane conversion and n-butene selectivity could be obtained. The ratio of 2-butene to 1-butene in the product was mainly influenced by the reaction temperature, the CrOx loading, ratio of hydrogen to n-butane and the WHSV had no significant influence.
