| 摘 要： | 介绍了西北铅锌冶炼厂新建的109m2流态化焙烧炉投产后的运行状况,并与原焙烧炉的技术经济指标进行了对比.理论计算分析及实际运行结果表明,该焙烧炉运行稳定,残硫率低,烟尘率低,焙砂质量好,经济效益和社会效益显著.

| Abstract: | The running status of new 109m~2 fluidization roaster in northwest lead and zinc smelter after commissioning was introduced,and the technical-economic indexes between new and former roasters were compared.The results of theoretical calculation analysis and practical operation showed that the new roaster run steadily,residual sulphur rate and fume rate is low,calcine quality is high,economic and social benefits is obvious. |
