| 摘 要： | 阐述了回转窑托轮的铸造缺陷的焊接修复过程，分析了ZG42CrMo的化学性能、机械性能和焊接性。通过确定合理的坡口形式、焊接材料、焊接参数，制定了焊接工艺。成功地修复了托轮，确保了产品的质量，取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | The process about casting defects welding repair of rotary kiln relier was described, and the chemistry, machinery and weldability of ZG42CrMo was analyzed. Through establishing the reasonable groove,welding materials and welding specifications, the welding technology was defined. The roller was succeeded repaired, and the quality of the product can be ensured, good results were achieved. |
