铸造镍基合金切削加工

摘    要:铸造镍基高温合金K418是一种难加工材料,为解决某厂增压器蜗轮轴的切削难题,作者采用多种刀具材料,对K418材料作了大量的切削试验。结果表明,在本试验条件下硬质合金刀具YD15、YG8913切削效果最佳;陶瓷与CBN刀具的韧性不足,边界磨损十分严重.

Abstract:Cast nickel- based alloy for high-temperature,K418,is difficult'to machine.In order to machine the worm shafts of K4 18,the authors have experimented much with various cutting materials.Experiments show that carbide tools of YD15 and YG813 are most desirable,and ceramic and CBN tools have the disadvantages of low toughness and severe boundary wear.
