| 摘 要： | 分析了某煤粉燃烧器衬板的服役条件,针对其承受热空气和煤粉气固两相的磨料磨损,选用过共晶Cr15高铬铸铁,配以RE变质处理、定向凝固和相应的热处理工艺,取得了良好的使用效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the working condition analysis of the coal burner lining which suffering to the abrasive wear with hot air and coal particles,the hypereutectic Cr15 high-chromium cast iron was selected.The compound inoculation process with Re alloy was introduced.Moreover,the directional solidification and relevant heat treatment were adopted,the burner lining with high wear performance was obtained. |
