氧化铝原料成分的波动及其控制

摘    要:主要研究了氧化铝原料——铝矾土成分的波动情况,以及因为其波动所导致的坯料成分的波动,是影响产品质量的主要因素之一。针对铝矾土的构成,在配方中的应用以及铝矾土的化学成分的波动情况和自身因为化学成分波动引起的矿物成分的波动情况作了较深入探讨。为了控制铝矾土的成分波动所带来的影响,提出了相应的解决措施。并由此提出接近标准的,却没有达到标准的铝矾土,只要控制得当,是完全可以应用于生产的。

Abstract:The alumina raw material is mainly studied -bauxite composition fluctuations and by which the fluctuations of blank composition are caused is one of the main factors which affect products quality.A deep discussion is carried out about the bauxite constitute and applications in the formula and the fluctuations of its chemical composition and by which the fluctuations of the mineral are caused.In order to control the effect of the fluctuations of bauxite composition,the corresponding solutions are proposed.And then it is pointed out that the bauxite that close to the standard,but doesn’t reach the standard,as long as the control properly,can be completely applied to the production.
