摘    要:电气绝缘是电气设备的重要组成部分,是电气设备安全运行的关健因素之一。油纸绝缘系统受潮会使绝缘材料降解老化、介质损耗增加及绝缘电阻降低,最终导致设备的运行寿命受到严重影响。分析了绝缘受潮后对油纸绝缘系统的影响,并通过对不同受潮程度的油纸绝缘试样的老化试验,研究了不同含水量对油纸绝缘系统老化速率的影响。研究表明,受潮会加速绝缘老化,缩短电气设备的绝缘寿命。

Abstract:Electrical insulation is an important part of electric equipment,which affects its safe operation. The moistened oil paper insulation system will increase insulation dielectric loss and reduce insulation resistance,thus the insulation aging is accelerated,and the life span of equipment is shortened. There are many studies on the evaluation of insulation aging,but few on the cause of it. The influence factors of insulation dampness were analyzed in this paper and an experiment was designed. In the experiment,the dielectric loss of samples with different degree of moisture as well as the insulation resistance was tested. Results show that dampness will accelerate insulation aging and shorten the life span of electrical insulation system.
