钛复合板制反应器的设计

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司碱渣废水处理装置中有两台反应器空塔系反应器和催化系反应器.由于操作条件恶劣、介质腐蚀性强,两反应器壳体和封头均采用了钛复合板.作者对反应器的选材、强度计算、结构设计(包括焊接接头和法兰密封面)及设备制造中应注意的问题进行了较全面的分析和论述.

Abstract:There were two reactors in alkaline residue wastewater treatment unit of SINOPEC Guangzhou branch company. Those were empty tower system reactor and catalytic cracking system reactor. The shells and heads of those two reactors were made by titanium-clad plate owing to the bad operation condition and the strong corrosivity of medium. The material selection of reactor, strength calculation, structure design (including welding joint and flange seal face) and matters needing attention in equipment manufacture were analyzed and discussed comprehensively by the author.
