摘    要:采用一种新颖的激光器+光纤阵列+光电池+步进电机螺旋机构构成的非接触式位移测量装置,研制了一种新型计算机的控制恒应变速率超塑胀形试验系统,可以进行超塑胀形极限试验。研制表明,系统的机械、数据采集硬件接口以及软件的数据处理三部分的有机结合,可以以不太高的成本,研制出具较高性能的实用试验系统。

Abstract:To cope with the requirements of the superplastic behavior of metal matrix composite materials for a better understanding under biaxial stretching, a brand new superplastic bulging tester controlled in a constant strain rate is deve loped with a non contact displacement measurement setup composed of a laser source, an optical fiber array, a photoelectric cell and a step motor driven screw mechanism. The depth of the deformed specimen so detected is then put into a target control function which yields the proper gas pressure for a constant strain rate controlled superplastic bulging. The superplastic bulging deformation can be carried out up to the fracture range. Reliable testing results and effective functioning of the tester come from a proper and balanced mix up of the mechanical design, hardware design of the data acquisition interface and software design of the data processing.
