摘    要:介绍了NaBH4/I2体系还原4-正丙基环己基甲酸为4-正丙基环己基甲醇。从环境、温度、料比、溶剂量等因素分析得出了最佳反应条件。按此条件放大15倍,4-正丙基环己基甲酸的转化率达99.06%,4-正丙基环己基甲醇的收率为93.4%。

Abstract:Reduction of 4 - propylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid to (4 - propylcyclohexyl) methanol was introduced with NaBH4/I2 system. The best conditions from the environment, temperature, feedstock ratio and the amount of solvent were determined. The conversion of 4 - propylcyclohexaneearboxylic acid could reach to 99.06%, and the yield of(4 -propylcyclohexyl)methanol was 93.4% when magnified by 15 times under the ootimum conditons.
