全氟磺酸浓度对聚氯乙烯-全氟磺酸中空纤维共混超滤膜性能的影响

摘    要:以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为膜材料,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)及全氟磺酸(PFSA)为共混改性材料,采用湿法纺丝制备了不同荷电密度的PVC-PFSA中空纤维共混超滤膜。PFSA在制备的共混膜中能够以较稳定的形式存在,膜水通量可达153 L/(m~2·h·bar)。磺酸基团的引入,使PVC-PFSA中空纤维共混超滤膜对无机盐产生一定程度的截留,对2 mmol/L的MgSO_4和NaCl溶液的截留率分别达15.8%和7.79%。

Abstract:Charged PVC-PFSA hollow fiber blend ultrafiltration membrane were prepared by using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as membrane material, N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMA) as solvent, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and perfluorosulfonic acid (PFSA) as additives. PFSA existed in the membrane with a stable status. Membrane flux reached 153 L/(m2·h ·bar). With the introduction of sulfonic acid group, the rejection rate of 2 mmol/L MgSO4 and NaC1 can be as high as 15.8 % and 9.2 %.
