摘    要:NCP1337是一款增强型准谐振脉冲宽度调制电流模式控制器,芯片内置电流模式调制器和去磁检测器,确保在任何负载/线路上均得到完整的边界/临界导电模式。文中介绍了芯片和它的两个重要技术——无线圈去磁检测和软跳周期模式,并采用该芯片设计了一台准谐振高效率隔离型开关电源。

Abstract:NCP 1337, a PWM current-mode controller for free running quasi-resonant operation, combining a true current mode modulator and a demagnetization detector which ensures full borderline/critical conduction mode in any load/line conditions, is introduced in this paper. Especially, its two important technologies soxyless detection and soft ripple mode, are analyzed in detail. Based on NCP1337, a high efficiency isolating quasiresonant power supply is designed.
