摘    要:制备了一种以堇青石为载体的负载型镍镧催化剂,应用于煤油蒸汽转化制合成气。采用热重分析和X射线衍射分析对不同焙烧温度制备的催化剂和在不同温度下反应后的催化剂进行了表征,并研究了N iO负载量对催化剂的反应活性和稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,焙烧温度对催化剂的性能影响明显,在反应温度773K和空速2 300h-1的条件下,N iO负载质量分数为25%的催化剂具有最佳的反应性能,此时N i组分以高分散化合物形式存在。

Abstract:Ni-La catalysts supported on cordierite for steam reforming of kerosene to syngas were prepared.Catalysts were evaluated in fixed-bed reactor under different conditions.Catalysts obtained at different calcination temperatures and evaluated at different reaction temperatures were afterwards characterized by means of TG-DTG and XRD.Influence of NiO content on activity and stability of catalysts was also investigated.Effect of calcination temperature on catalyst activity was obvious.Mass fraction of NiO in catalyst 25% was optimal for reforming reaction.Optimal reaction conditions were temperature 773K and space velocity 2 300h~(-1).Ni on catalyst surface was in state of highly dispersed compound.
