摘    要:针对单工序二维平面锻造问题 ,对毛坯形状的选择进行了优化设计研究。以毛坯的高宽比表示毛坯的形状 ,并作为毛坯优化问题的唯一优化设计变量。以实际锻件超出预定理想直线部分的面积为目标函数 ,采用传统的黄金分割法作为优化手段 ,对毛坯的高宽比进行优化设计 ,进而确定最佳的毛坯尺寸。给出了目标函数的表示法及表达式和实施步骤 ,最后以一平面变形H形锻件为例 ,对毛坯形状进行了优化设计 ,取得了明显的效果

Abstract:Optimized design of the billet shape for 2_D surface forging by single operation was studied. The billet height_width ratio was taken to represent the billet shape and as the exclusive variable for optimizing the billet shape. With the area of the part that exceeded the predetermined ideal length of the actual forging part as the objective function, the traditional golden section method was adopted as the optimizing means to optimize the height_width ratio of the billet and then determine the best dimensions of the billet. The objective function expression and the optimization procedures were given. An H_shaped forging part with surface deformation was taken as an example to demonstrate the optimized design of the billet shape and a good result was gained.
