| 摘 要： | 设计是建设项目进行全面规划和具体安排实施意图的过程,是工程建设的灵魂,是处理技术与经济关系的关键环节.运用全过程工程造价理论及技术经济分析方法分析,设计阶段对施工项目造价的影响度达到75%,由此可见:设计阶段是影响工程造价的主要阶段.
