电动汽车异步电动机驱动系统的在线效率优化

摘    要:提高电动汽车异步电动机驱动系统的运行效率是十分必要的.研究了用于电动汽车异步电动机驱动系统在线效率优化的方法.如何有效地检测系统的输入功率和调整磁通,是该方法用于实际系统时的难点和关键问题.分析了异步电动机驱动系统逆变器直流侧电压电流的特性,根据这些特性,设计了相应的多阶滤波方法,准确得到了系统的输入功率,结合适当的磁通调节方法,实现了整个驱动系统的在线效率优化.实验结果证明,整个优化方法是快速和有效的.

Abstract:The importance of the efficiency improvement in induction motor (IM) drives is widely recog nized, especially in electric vehicle (EV) applications. This paper presents an online efficiency-optimization method in IM drives. Input power measurement and the way in which the flux level is adjusted are two key steps in practical realization, so that they are thoroughly studied. The DC link voltage and current of a space vector PWM voltage-source inverter are analyzed. And based on the characteristics of the two DC variables, different filter techniques are designed and implemented which make the direct product an effective method to obtain the input power. Combined with the proper adjustment of flux level, online efficiency-optimization of IM drives is well realized. Simulation and experiments also confirm that this online technique is fast and effective.
