| 摘 要： | 从模糊多属性决策基本理论出发,建立水电站工程方案优选的评价体系,根据工程评价特点,采用变异系数法和专家调查法相结合的方法确定评价指标的权重,建立水电站工程方案优选的模糊理想解模型,并把该模型应用于某水电站工程方案优选中.实例应用表明,该模型计算简便,具有较好的通用性和可操作性,是水电站工程方案优选的一种有效决策方法,结果真实、有效.

| Abstract: | The program optimization of a hydropower project, hard to be chosen directly, is a system project with multi-attribute, multi-factor and multi-index. Based on the basic theory on the strategy of fuzzy various attribute, the evaluation system of the program optimization of a hydropower project has been set up. Used the combination of the method of coefficient of variation and of expert investigation to decide the weight for evaluation index, the model of fuzzy ideal solution to the program optimization of a hydropower project has been constituted; and the model is applied to the program optimization of a hydropower project. Concrete examples show that the model is convenient to calculate and of better generality and serviceability; it is an efficient decision method. The outcome is authentic and valid. |
