| 摘 要： | 对球团生产配加复合粘结剂和膨润土进行了对比试验。结果表明，复合粘结剂的成球性能远优于膨润土，能大幅度降低膨润土配比（由2．56％降低至1．46％），提高了球团矿品位（上升0．77％），配加复合粘结剂的生球能满足包钢球团生产要求。

| Abstract: | The pelletizing tests with addition of the composite binding agent(QNP) to replace bentonite were conducted in BAOGANG laboratory and industry lines. The experiment results show that bentonite proportion rate decreased significantly from 2.56% to 1.46%, the pellet grade was increased by 0.77% and the green ball quality could meet the requirements of pelletizing process. |
