| 摘 要： | 将客户满意度测评方法引入到价值工程的功能分析中.研究了定性方法确定权重的弊端,即评价的结果偏重于企业对产品功能的理解,而忽略了客户对产品功能的要求.借用多元统计方法,将定量和定性相结合,以此来确定权重.以客户对某汽车后视镜的评价为例,介绍了该方法的实施过程.
