数控系统智能故障诊断系统的研究

摘    要:针对数控系统的故障特点,提出融合规则和实例推理的专家系统诊断方法.基于QT开发诊断系统,包括知识库管理和诊断推理模块,可根据出现的故障现象、采集的故障信息和人机交互,通过故障诊断,向用户提出诊断结论和建议.与以往数控系统故障诊断方法相比,该方法诊断效率高,能够快速地排除故障,提高数控系统运行的安全性.

Abstract:According to the fault characteristics of CNC system,expert system diagnostic method based on the combination of rule-based and case-based reasoning was proposed.The diagnosis system was realized by QT.It consisted of knowledge management and diagnosis reasoning module.It could provide diagnostic conclusion and advice to the users about how to do based on the fault phenomena,the fault information collection and human-computer interaction.Compared with the previous diagnostic methods of CNC system,this metho...
