数控转台抱闸机构设计分析

摘    要:分析数控转台液压抱闸机构的工作原理,基于经验公式完成了衬套式抱闸机构和环槽式抱闸机构的结构设计.利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对两种抱闸机构的锁紧过程进行模拟,预测其内部应力的分布状况,并分析了两种抱闸机构的优缺点.

Abstract:The working principle of braking mechanism commonly used in CNC rotary tables was analyzed.The structures of clamping bush braking mechanism and hydraulic groove braking mechanism were designed based on experiential formulas.The braking proceedings were simulated by finite element analysis software ABAQUS to predict the stress distribution.The advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of braking mechanisms were analyzed.
