基于ANSYS的液压锥阀流场分析及结构优化

摘    要:阐述液压锥阀阀口产生气穴现象的原因及影响因素,建立液压锥阀的几何模型和数学模型,采用ANSYS软件对优化前后的液压锥阀阀口进行流场分析,得到阀口流场的压力分布图和速度矢量分布图.分析结果表明:采用二级节流并在阀芯及阀座的关键部位以过渡圆弧代替直角的锥阀结构,可以减小锥阀过流缝隙前后的压差,有效降低锥阀阀口气穴发生的可能性,并减小了噪声、振动和能量损失.

Abstract:The cavitation generation causes and influencing factors of hydraulic poppet valve port were described.The geometry and mathematical models of poppet valve was established.ANSYS was used to analyze the flow field in the routine and optimized poppet valve port.The valve port flow pressure distribution and velocity vector distribution were got.The analysis results show:the hydraulic poppet valve structure with two throttle and transition arc in a key position can reduce the poppet valve pressure difference ov...
