摘    要:在液压差速器投入运行前,判断其低速稳定性是否合格,对提高离心机的 可靠性至关重要.开发一个大扭矩、低差速液压差速器测试平台,采用自动化仪表监控差速器承载扭矩、向油量、转速等数据,与理论值对比后可判定其运行是否符合要求,为差速器的质量提供可靠保证.

Abstract:Before the fluid diff throws in circulation,the stability of its low speed is important to reliability of the centrifuge.The test platform of the fluid diff with high torque and low differential was developed,and the diff's torsion moment,discharge of oil at exit,and data of RPM were supervised and controlled by automated instruments.With test values contrasting with theory ones,its movement could be judged whether met the request.It provides dependable guarantee for diff 's quality.
