摘    要:薄壁铸铁气缸套在台架实验后内表面出现化斑状缺陷.通过实验分析该缺陷产生的原因,得出以下结论:花斑状缺陷是山于气缸套本身的整体刚度不够,其工作过程中的机械负荷和热负荷造成的一种缸套失圆变形.要消除花斑状缺陷,应改进缸套的铸造成型环节,以提高气缸套的整体刚度.

Abstract:Piebald defect was appeared on the inner surface of thin-wall cast iron cylinder liner from platform-test.The reasons were analyzed by experimental analysis.The results show that the stiffness of the cylinder liner is insufficient,higher mechanical loads and thermal effect in working process lead to roundness distortion of the cylinder liner.To remove the piebald defect,the casting technique should be improved,so as to advance the stiffness of cylinder liner.
