摘    要:通过对相应功能的完善,利用快走丝电火花线切割机床即可实现中走丝多次切割.详细分析了中走丝切割加工工艺,并通过中走丝三次切割与单次走丝切割方法的比较,说明中走丝多次切割具有可行性和优越性.

Abstract:High-speed WEDM machine tool can be used to realize multiplicity cutting of medium-speed WEDM by changing some functions.Working technology of medium-speed WEDM was analyzed.An experiment was carried out to compare the processing quality between triple cutting and single cutting.The conclusion shows the multiplicity cutting of medium-speed WEDM is feasible and advantageous.
