基于小波分析的液压系统故障特征提取研究

摘    要:针对液压系统故障原因复杂、现象多样、故障信号中噪声干扰大的特点,综合利用压力、流量和液压缸运动速度进行液压系统故障诊断,克服了单一特征量在故障诊断中容易产生误判的缺点.将小波去噪方法应用到故障信号中,提高了故障诊断精度.通过对Festo液压实验系统故障信号进行处理,证明该方法是有效的.

Abstract:Aiming at the characters of complex fault causation,various fault phenomenon,much noise interference existed in fault signal,the hydraulic system faults were diagnosed by using pressure,flux and velocity of hydraulic cylinder in integration,overcoming the disadvantage of the singleness feature easily producing miscarriage of justice in the fault diagnosis.The de-noising algorithm based on wavelet was applied in the fault signal,advancing the precision of fault diagnosis.The disposal results of fault signal ...
