烟草糖苷类香气前体研究进展

摘    要:综述了烟草中的糖苷类与烟草香气的关系、分离鉴定及其在卷烟加香中的应用研究进展,认为应加强烟草品种间糖苷类组分和含量的差异及造成这种差异的原因,糖苷类及有关释放酶在烟草中的存在形式,调制过程中的释放条件与烟草品质的相关性及其生物学功能研究。

Abstract:The relationship of glycosides in tobacco with tobacco aroma, their isolation, identification, and application in cigarette flavoring were reviewed. It was considered that the following aspects were supposed to be intensively studied, including the differences of glycoside compounds and their contents between tobacco cultivars and the causes of such differences, the forms of glycosides and relative releasing enzymes presenting in tobacco, the correlation of tobacco quality with the releasing conditions of glycosides during curing, and the biological functions of glycosides.
