一种新型高温烟道调节装置的研制和应用

高温烟道蝶阀是炉膛压力调节装置。在阀体内设有带子口的保温内衬,阀板可以和保温内衬的子口贴紧,密封严;阀杆轴承与高温烟气之间有保温内衬隔绝,阀体和轴承的温度较低,寿命长;装配有轴承的阀杆带动阀板转动,阀板旋转灵活。选用优质耐火材料生产的保温内衬和优质耐热钢生产的阀杆、阀板,可以在1 100℃的高温烟气下长期使用。配以电动执行器可以自动调节炉压。

Development and Application of a New High-Temperature Flue Adjusting Device

The high-temperature flue butterfly valve is adjusting device of furnace hearth pressure. The valve is equipped with insulation lining which having subsidiary port, the valve plate and the subsidiary port of insulation lining can be closely aligns and sealed strict. Stem bearings and the high temperature gas are separated by insulation lining. The valve body and the bearings have lower temperature and long life. The valve plate is assembled and rolled by the stem with bearing, and the rotation is flexible. By using high-quality refractory and heat-resistant steel, the insulation lining and valve stem, valve plate can be used in the high temperature of 1 100 ℃ for a long time. The furnace pressure can be adjusted automatically by equipped with electric actuator.
