香草醛缩2,4-二硝基苯腙的合成和抑菌性研究

摘    要:利用香草醛和2,4-二硝基苯肼的缩合反应合成香草醛缩2,4-二硝基苯腙,利用红外、紫外光谱和元素分析进行了结构表征。采用琼脂扩散法,以金黄色葡萄球菌、短小芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌为生物指标,研究了香草醛缩2,4-二硝基苯腙对4种菌种的抑制作用,结果表明,在一定的浓度范围内,目标产物对所受试菌种具有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:Vanillin 2,4 - dinitrophenyl hydrazone was achieved by the condensation of vanillin with 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazine. The structure of the title compound was characterized by IR, UV and elemental analysis. Using the agar diffusion method, antimicrobial activity study found that the complex was active against Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureu, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia Coli. In the test range, the title complexes exhibited antibacterial activity against all test bacterial organisms.
