超长混凝土结构后浇带施工技术的应用

摘    要:设置后浇带是目前钢筋混凝土结构施工与设计中常采用的一种方法,并且在质检中经常接触到后浇带的各种问题。成都地铁1号线控制中心大楼钢筋混凝土结构工程温度后浇带共2246m,沉降届浇带共583m,属于超长混凝土结构后浇带结构。通过采用快易收口网模板技术施工,既保证了后浇带质量,又取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Setting post-pouring belt is a commonly-used method for construction and design of reinforced concrete structure at present,and various problems about post-pouring belt are usually encountered during quality inspection.The reinforced concrete structure of Chengdu Subway Line 1 Control Center Building has 2,246m temperature post-pouring belt and 583m subsidence post-pouring belt,the structure belongs to a super-long concrete post-pouring belt structure.The quality of post-pouring belt is guaranteed and favor...
