摘    要:在用光切法进行位移和三维面形测量时,如何快速准确地提取光带条纹中心的位置是非常关键的问题。现从光切法原理出发,提出采用亚像素细分和变闽值质心法相结合进行光刀中心提取,提高了系统的测量精度和准确度。同时通过三角法对应关系推导出物像之间的线性关系,并用此关系式对系统标定。在对被测物体进行测量时,只需要简单地将观察量代入关系式就可以求出被测量,精确有效地描述浮雕的表面信息。

Abstract:It is a very important issue to extract optical striped center quickly and accurately in 3D measurement based light-section.In this paper,we begin from the principle of light-section method,and advance a new method integrating the principles of sub-pixel segmentation and variable threshold-centroid method,effectively improve precision and accuracy of the system. At the same time,through the triangulation relationship we get the linear relationship of the object and image,and complete the system calibration....
