摘    要:威远区块某页岩气平台井受邻井压窜、井区地质条件的影响,页岩气井产量持续下降,采用常规气举、泡排、柱塞等排水采气工艺技术已无法实现气井连续携液生产,井筒内积液严重,不同程度影响了气井最终采收率。综合当前排水采气工艺技术,优选电驱高压压缩机配合油管下深至水平段对积液平台进行连续气举,达到提高气井排液效率、解除积液的目的。现场应用表明,该工艺具有“能耗低、噪音小、排量大、效率高”等优点,有效实现了平台井 4口水淹井的复产,填补了常规页岩气二次采气技术的空缺。

Abstract:Affected by the pressure channeling of adjacent wells and the geological conditions of the wells, the production of shale gas wells has continued to decline. The conventional drainage gas recovery technologies such as gas lift, foam drainage, plunger and others have been unable to achieve the continuous liquid-carrying production in gas wells with serious fluid accumulation in the wellbore, to some extent, which affects the ultimate recovery of gas wells. Based on the current drainage gas recovery technology, conjunction with the tubing running down to the horizontal section, the electrically-driven high-pressure compressor is preferably used in continuous gas lift on the liquid accumulation platform, which achieves the purpose of improving the efficiency of gas well drainage and eliminating liquid accumulation. Field application shows that the process has the advantages of " low energy consumption, low noise, large displacement, high efficiency" , which realizes the resumption of production of 4 water-flooded wells of the platform wells effectively, and fills the vacancy of conventional shale gas secondary gas recovery technology.
