摘    要:暂堵压裂作为一项实现封堵老缝、造新缝、增大泄流面积的关键技术,已成为长庆油田老井稳产、新井提产的主体技术,具有效率高、成本低、见效快等技术优势。借鉴油井直井、定向井暂堵转向压裂的技术优势,结合长庆苏里格气田水平井固井完井桥塞分段压裂工艺技术特点,开发一种满足长庆苏里格气田储层特点及工艺需求的自降解暂堵剂,形成水平井段内无工具精细分簇改造技术。通过对段内已改造簇的人工裂缝及缝口进行封堵,使井筒升压,开启新簇裂缝,且在新簇的改造过程中,暂堵材料必须保证足够的强度对已改造簇持续封堵,待单段改造结束后暂堵材料开始自降解,提高了簇的开启和改造程度,实现簇间暂堵无工具精细化改造的目的。该技术现场试验效果显著,测试无阻流量是常规直井、定向井的9倍左右,是水平井平均无阻流量的 2倍以上,单井产量明显提高。

Abstract:In order to maintain a stable production of old well and increase the production of new development well in Changqing oilfield, temporary plugging fracturing is becoming a main technique in plugging the existing fractures, creating new fractures and increasing discharge area. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and significant effect. According to the preponderance of temporary plugging steering fracturing technology in vertical well and directional well as well as technical characteristics of staged fracturing in horizontal well cementing and completion of Changqing gas field, a self-de-grading temporary plugging steering agent was developed to fit for the reservoir characteristics and process requirements of Changqing gas field, forming a tool less fine clustering technique suitable for horizontal well sections to plug artificial cracks which could boost the pressure of wellbore and open new clusters. Meanwhile, the plugging agent must satisfy the sustainable plugging performance in the process of new clusters reconstruction. The plugging material starts to self-degrade at the end ofsingle stage transformation, which improves the opening and reconstruction status, achieving the goal of fine stimulation. All in all, the field test results show a remarkable effect, the open flow is about 9 times of the conventional vertical well and horizontal well by implementing this new technique and the single experimental well production has been increased significantly.
