摘    要:从智能电表的可靠性现状和失效机理入手,结合"浴盆曲线"系统地阐述了与电能表可靠性相关的各指标的相互关系;然后结合实践介绍了适合电能表寿命预计的故障树模型,以及基于该模型运用SN29500标准对电能表进行可靠性预计的方法,本文还首次借鉴GJB/Z299C标准提出了在电能表可靠性预计过程中对新材料、新工艺和定制部件引入"成熟因子"的必要性;随后文章还运用IEC62059及JB/T6214等标准,探索性地提出了一种实用可行的对寿命预计指标进行考核验证的加速寿命试验方法。此外,文章还对提高智能电表的软件可靠性问题进行了有益探索。

Abstract:This article introduces the actuality of smart electricity meter dependability and failure mechanisms at first,and describes the relationship of meter dependability characteristics combined with its Bathtub Curve.Then the article introduces both the feasible FTA model for meter lifecycle prediction based on actual experience and meter reliability prediction methodology by SN29500 norms based on this model.This article also brings forward that it is necessary that the "Learning Factor" shall be adopted in me...
