摘    要:针对铜合金在钢板上堆焊时易出现铜渗透裂纹的问题,采用等离子喷焊,将不同Ni含量的CuNi合金堆焊到16Mn钢板上进行渗透裂纹形成原因的研究。研究表明,焊接规范参数越大,热输入量越大,熔合比越大,产生渗透裂纹深度越深。渗透裂纹的产生与应力状态及大小、堆焊材料化学成份以及基体温度等有关。只要合理控制焊接工艺规范,可以避免或减少16Mn钢板上堆焊铜合金时产生渗透裂纹。

Abstract:In view of occurrence of copper contamination cracking for Cu-Ni alloy hardfacing on 16Mn steel plate, plasma-arc power hardfacing technology was employed, which made Cu-Ni alloys with different composition dep osited on 16Mn steel, to analyze the cause of copper contamination cracking du ring hardfacing. The results show that the crack depth increases with the increa se of heat input during welding, and the occurrence of copper contamination crac king is associated with the state and value of stress, composition of deposited materials and temperature of base metal. It is found that the copper contaminati on cracking can be avoided by controlling welding parameters.
