西藏混合银铅多金属矿的选矿试验研究

摘    要:西藏某银铅多金属矿矿石为典型的矽卡岩型铅锌银矿石,该矿石中主要有用金属矿物为方铅矿、闪锌矿、铅钒,贵金属矿物主要是硫化银矿、自然金。针对矿石性质,采用铅银部分混合-硫化锌-氧化铅浮选的工艺,使用新型药剂LW61为捕收剂,得到的小型试验指标为:铅银混合总精矿,含银4254 g/t,银回收率80.93%;含金4.05g/t,金回收率70.09%;含铅47.35%,铅回收率84.19%。锌精矿含锌53.36%,锌回收率74.59%。浮选技术指标较好,为该矿产资源的开发提供了技术参考依据。

Abstract:Ores in Tibet some Ag Pb polymetallic ore process type skarn type Pb Zn Ag ore into silicon, main metallic minerals in the ore galena, sphalerite, as lead vanadium, noble metal minerals are mainly sulfide silver, gold. The process of silver lead - zinc sulfide - part of the mixed flotation of lead oxide, and using new reagent LW61 as collector, small test index are: silver lead mixed total concentrate, silver containing 4254 g/t, 80.93% 4.05g/t silver recovery rate; gold, the gold recovery rate of 70.09%; 47.35% of Pb, lead recovery of 84.19%. Zinc concentrate containing 53.36% of zinc, zinc recovery rate 74.59%.
