信号源复反射系数测量技术研究

摘    要:详细研究了基于功率技术的信号源复反射系数测量方法。此方法采用相对功率,通过插入不同的二端口网络得到不同的方程以求解信号源的复反射系数,测量不确定度大大降低。以测量功率计50MHz 参考信号源和安捷伦8267D 为例采用精确方程和图解近似方法详细分析了此测量过程。这一方法可以运用到其他信号源反射系数测量中。

Abstract:Source complex reflection coefficient measurement based on power has been introduced. By measuring power of different 2-port microwave networks, accurate source complex reflection coefficient can be got by solving equations.Measurement uncertainty can be greatly reduced by using relative power measurement. Detailed measurement of a 50MHz reference source in power meter has been carried out as an example. This method in the paper can also be used in other kindsof source complex reflection coefficient measurement.
