摘    要:利用2个激光位移传感器搭建非接触在线测厚实验装置,设计编写了厚度测量软件,软件通过串口实时采集传感器数据,输出被测样品厚度。装置的测量范围为0.1 mm~10 mm,测量精确度为±25μm。用厚度标准尺作为样品,对装置进行标定后,采用不同厚度的样品,进行了静态和动态的厚度测量实验。分析了误差来源及解决办法,为后期精密、实用的冷轧钢板非接触式在线测厚系统的研制奠定了基础。

Abstract:Experimental untouched thickness measurement instrument with two laser displacement sensors is developed. The measurement range of the instrument is 0.1 mm-10 mm,and its resolution is ±25μm. Software for thickness measurement is designed and programmed. The software acquires the sensors data from serial ports and outputs the thickness data of samples. Experiments of thickness measurement are performed after calibration by using standard thickness ruler. The measurement results are recorded and analyzed. The causes and solutions of measurement error are proposed. This work has laid a foundation for developing precise, applicable, untouched online thickness measurement instruments which can be used in measuring the thickness of armor plate.
