摘    要:石墨烯是近年来逐步发展起来的新型电子材料,具有导电性好、电子迁移率高、比表面积大、导热率高、弹性好等优点,石墨烯的开发和应用已成为纳米材料、生物、化学以及电子信息等多个领域的研究热点。围绕近年来石墨烯在电子器件中的应用研究,本文主要对其在生化传感器、高速器件、太阳能电池、储能器件、柔性器件5个热点方向中的部分研究成果进行综述。

Abstract:As an emerging electronic material, graphene has been the focus of many areas including nano materials, biology, chemistry and electronic information technology, because of its excellent properties like good conductivity, high electron mobility, large surface ratio, good elastic properties, etc. According to the recent researches of graphene applications in electronic components, some of them in the fields of biochemical sensors, high-speed components, solar cells, energy storage and flexible devices are reviewed in this paper.
