高聚合度PVC/POE热塑性弹性体的性能研究

摘    要:使用EVACO、CPE、NBR增容高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)/POE弹性体,研究了增容共混体系的力学性能、耐油耐溶剂性、热空气老化性能以及加工流变性能。结果表明:增容共混改性后,体系中的增塑剂耐异辛烷抽出能力提高,在油酸中的质量损失率减小,同时也有效改善了其加工流动性;通过红外光谱分析可知,改性后的HPVC弹性体中增塑剂在热空气中挥发损失率减小,抗老化性能得到改善。其中,HPVC与POE质量比在100:10到100:15范围内,体系综合性能较佳。

Abstract:The HPVC/POE thermoplastic elastomer was compatibilized by blending with EVACO,NBR and CPE. The mechanical properties, the oil and solvent resistance property, hot air aging resistance and processing rheological property of the compatibilized systems were studied. The results showed that compatibilization blends could improve the extraction resistance of plasticizer in isooctane, could reduce weight loss in oleic acid and could enhance flowability; by the infrared spectrum of experimental testing, the weight loss of plasticizer from HPVC/POE blend to heat-air decreased. If the mass ratio of HPVC, POE was in the range of HPVC:POE = 100:10 ~ HPVC: POE = 100:15, the blends had optimum comprehensive properties.
