摘    要:详细研究了丙烯酸酯类PVC加工助剂———ACR的特性黏度、组成对PVC共混物加工性能的影响。结果表明,随着甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量的下降和丙烯酸丁酯用量的提高,其塑化速度增大,但熔体强度降低,在组成相同的情况下,特性黏度越大,塑化越慢,熔体强度越大;丙烯酸酯类加工助剂对PVC制品的拉伸强度和维卡软化点无明显影响,高黏度的加工助剂有提高PVC制品拉伸强度和维卡软化点的趋势。

Abstract:The influence of the intrinsic viscosity and composition of ACR,a kind of acrylate processing aid for PVC,on the processability of PVC blends was studied in detail.The results were as follows:with the decrease of the using amount of methyl methacrylate and the increase of the using amount of butyl acrylate,the plasticizing rate of PVC blends speeded up but the melt strength reduced;when the ACR composition was the same,the bigger the intrinsic vicosity was,the slower the plasiticization was,and the higher the melt strength was;acrylate processing aids did not have obvious effect on the tensile strength and vicat softening temperature of PVC products;high viscosity processing aids showed the possibility of increasing the tensile strength and vicat softening temperature of PVC products.
