超声速旋流天然气分离器研究

摘    要:超声速旋流分离是天然气处理工艺技术的一大突破。超声速旋流分离器依靠喷管膨胀形成低温超声速流动,依靠超声速翼形成旋流实现水及重烃分离。利用计算流体力学(CFD)技术研究了超声速旋流分离器内的流体物性及流场特性,分析了超声速旋流分离器内温度、压力、速度等特性参数的变化规律,研究了凝析液滴在超声速旋流分离器内的运动轨迹及不同粒径尺寸的液滴在分离器内的停留时间。研究表明,超声速旋流分离器水分及重烃分离效率高,能够替代传统的低温分离工艺。

Abstract:The supersonic swirling separation is a revolutionary gas conditioning technology compared with traditional low temperature separation. The supersonic swirling separator achieves supersonic flow by virtue of the expansion cooling effect of nozzle, and forms swirling flow to carry out the separation of water and heavy hydrocarbon. Taking use of Computation Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technique, this paper have studied fluid properties and flow field characteristics, analyzed the distributions of characteristic parameters in the supersonic swirling separator, such as temperature, pressure, velocity and so on, and simulated the condensed liquid drop trajectories, as well as the maximum residence time of liquid droplets with different particle diameters in this apparatus. The results show that the separation efficiency of supersonic swirling separator for removing water and hydrocarbon is significantly high and the traditional low temperature separation technology can be substituted by supersonic swirling separation technology in the process of separating natural gas.
