| 摘 要： | 提出了一个基于XML的置标语言GBML，用于定义普通图书(主要指文学书籍和社科书籍)的数字化内容。在分析了此类书籍的结构之后，给出了GBMLN文档类型定义(DTD)，并讨论了GBML的应用。

| Abstract: | An XML-based Makeup language GBML is put forward in this paper in order to define the digital contents of general books. After a detailed anlaysis of the structure of general books, the document type definition (DTD) of GBML is presented. At last, the applications of GBML are discussed briefly. |
