PP和R—PVC耐衣康酸腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:模拟衣康酸实际生产工况对聚丙烯和硬聚氯烯进行浸渍 腐蚀试验,通过检测分析腐蚀前后试样的质量,、外观,硬度、等方面的变化来探讨它们的耐衣康酸腐蚀性能。结果表明,这两种塑料在衣康酸介质中的耐蚀性良好,有可能在衣康酸生产设备上得到应用。

STUDY ON THE CORROSION RESISTANCE FOR PP AND R-PVC IN ITACONIC ACID MEDIA

Abstract:Immersion corrosion test was carried out for polypropylene (PP) and rigid polyvinyl chloride (R-PVC) in itaconic acid aqueous solutions, simulating the service condition of itaconic acid production. By examing the variations in the weight, appearance, hardness, impact strength, composition and structure of specimens before and after immersion, the corrosion resistance of the two plastics was estimated. The results showed that both PP and R-PVC are corrosion resistant well to itaconic acid medk and may find application in the installations for itaconic acid production.
