基于MCGS和PLC的小车装卸料虚拟系统设计

摘    要:讨论了组态软件和PLC的特点,提出了小车装卸料虚拟系统的设计方法,给出了系统控制要求,研究了系统PLC程序设计和上位MCGS监控系统设计过程,实现了仿真现场工业自动化控制要求。实验证明该设计成本低,柔韧性强,是一种可激发学生创新能力、可做为高校综合设计性实验的良好平台。
