摘    要:为进行实验汽轮机级的模化设计,必须采用相应的模化设计原则,但目前级模化设计原则主要对级内气流流动进行研究,不适合用来研究叶片的捕水和疏水问题.基于此,采用相似理论的原理,经过合理的假设,理论分析研究得出了旋转叶片表面水膜的运动方程.并由此运动方程分析推导得出了在考虑叶片捕捉水滴和疏水情况时级的模化设计原则.根据所推导出的级模化设计原则对某实际级进行了模化设计,所得模化设计结果符合实验级设计的要求.

Abstract:To design an experimental turbine stage, relevant similitude theory must been adopted. But the similitude theory used in turbine stage design is not suitable for studying blade ability to separate water droplets. To overcome this, applying similitude theory, movement equation of water film on blade was deduced by theory analysis with the suitable hypotheses. Further guided by movement equation of water film on blade, the stage similitude design for blade catching and evacuating water droplets was deduced. Then a real stage was designed by using this similitude theory. The similitude results are reasonable, and can been used for experimental turbine stage design.
