多功能超声波检测系统的信号采集及放大电路模块的研制

摘    要:针对传统超声波探伤仪在进行在线检测时存在抗干扰能力差、灵敏度低等缺点,通过对超声波检测系统原理的介绍,设计了一种用于多功能超声波检测系统检测信号的采集及放大电路模块.文中主要介绍了构成该电路模块的同步电路、触发—发射电路、限幅—放大—检波电路、模块增益调节电路等4种电路的结构设计、工作原理及性能特点.该电路模块较好地解决了超声波探伤在在线检测时存在抗干扰能力差、灵敏度低等缺点.

Abstract:According to the shortages of the traditional ultrasonic detectors in online inspection,such as low anti-interference capability and sensibility,through introducing the theory of ultrasonic detection system,a circuit module for signal collecting and amplifying of multi-functional ultrasonic detection system is designed.It is introduced the structural design,working principles and performance of the four circuits of the module,i.e.synchronous circuit,trigger-transmitter circuit,clipping-amplifying-detection circuit and gain control circuit.The circuit module satisfactorily solves the existing demerits of low anti-interference capacity and low sensibility of traditional ultrasonic defect detectors when doing on-line inspection.
