摘    要:在分析水介质耦合装药结构特点的基础上,根据爆破动力学原理,应用弹性理论和波动理论推导了正入射情况下孔壁岩面上的冲击压力、应力波衰减规律。为了解水耦合装药爆破对岩石的破坏过程,采用有限元软件ANSYS-LSDANA对工程实例进行了数值模拟,并采用数值模拟中的爆破参数进行了现场试验。结果表明:水介质的耦合作用不仅有利于炮孔底部岩石破碎,而且加快了施工进度、改善了施工环境,达到安全增效、降耗的目的。该方法可为其他隧道爆破提供参考,具有重要的推广和应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of characteristics of water-couple charge structure, according to the blasting dynamics theory, by applying the elastic theory and fluctuating theory, the shock pressure on the rock of hole wall in case of normal incidence and the law of stress wave degradation were deduced. In order to understand the damage process of rock water-couple blasting, using finite element software ANSYS-LSDANA, a numerical simulation for actual project was carried out and the blasting parameters of numerical simulation were used for field test. The result shows that the water couple charge was not only beneficial for bottom rock breakage, it also accelerated the construction progress and improved the construction environment, achieved the goal of safety with efficiency and reducing consumption. It can provide reference for other tunnel blasting and have an important value of application and promotion.
